As a developer at Tectonica I worked with Eurodad maintaining their current Nationbuilder website, as well as their Knowledge Management Platform (KMP), also made with Nationbuilder. We regularly implemented new features that pushed the platform to it's limits, and worked collaboratively with their team to support the organization as they worked rigorously on reports, events, and publications.

While Head of Accounts at Tectonica I worked with UNI Global Union for 2 years, meeting regularly with their comms team to develop email strategy, coordinate design work, and build out their first-ever fundraising intiative. UNI Global Union is a "union of unions" - working across the globe and in various sectors to support their affiliates and members.

I helped UNI create a newsletter strategy for their global congress in 2023, as well as develop surveys for attendees before and after. In 2024 - UNI began it's first fundraising intiative, for which I helped develop technical solutions, and provided strategy consultation on email/website copy and supporter workflows. In 2025, I led a CRM assessment, holding multiple sessions to dive deep with Tectonica's CRM specialist and strategist to investigate CRM solutions for the organization.

Milieudefensie are the Dutch chapter of Friends of the Earth. They're an immense organization working a wide spectrum of tactics to solve the climate crisis. As Head of Accounts at Tectonica I worked with the organization from 2023-2025 - both on the build of their new "changemakers" platform, integrating various softwares and solutions, as well as with their movement-building team and our CRM specialist and strategist to build out supporter journeys and CRM solutions to gird Milieudefensie's organizing work. They're an incredibly ambitious, constantly evolving organization with tangible impact and real mission-driven praxis who are innovating climate activism (and organizing more generally) to help save the planet.

My colleague and I worked on this massive Jamstack site for months at Tectonica. It includes a very complex content structure with an equally complex and fully dynamic filtering functionality and Mapbox map, as well as a multitude of custom-built React components and SCSS elements/icons. PSA does incredible work creating resources, building capacity, and advocating for co-governance and intersectionality across multiple regions, organizations, and communities around the US. The content relationships between their strategic imperatives and work areas - as well as between their regular updates and policy toolkits was a specific challenge, and very rewarding to hash out with their communications team to adapt these structures to web.

I made this website for my brilliant friend Fip! She's an incredible potter, writer, and teacher and the site is meant to showcase her work and allow for greater storytelling surrounding her work, specifically the fantasitical world of the creatures she continues to create and the world she's constantly expanding.

My colleague and I built this site for an election campaign for the City of London in 2021. During my time as Head of Accounts at Tectonica, I worked with the engagement team to better the site for the 2024/2025 elections and coordinate design materials. Notably, we planned and implemented new digital entryways encouraging residents to consider running for office, and providing more guidance and support to do so! A majority of the work was elaborating on plans for allowing for greater inclusivity in the process, by demystifying the organization and creating workflows for onboarding calls and resources to educate people greater on how they could help shape their borough from the inside.

One of my first projects at Tectonica in 2021 was integrating this website for Minister Petra de Sutter - the first trans minister in Europe! Minister de Sutter is a member of the Flemish Green party of Belgium. The site is built with Nationbuilder, and the design is among one of my favorites I've integrated.

I worked with National Bloc (Lebanon) as a devleoper at Tectonica from 2021-2022, maintaing and implementing new features for their Nationbuilder website. In 2022 - I built this complex map with d3.js (*humbly* - a feat on Nationbuilder!) to help supporters know who their candidates were in Lebanon's 2022 Spring elections.

I worked with Parti Socialiste on an ongoing basis for 2 years while Head of Accounts at Tectonica, meeting weekly with their Digital Factory team to coordinate and create strategy, development, and supporter organization through their Nationbuilder platform and other means. In the run-up to their 2024 election I coordinated the creation of and provided solutions design for 3 microsites to support their campaign:

  • T'es de Gauche?
    • An onine quiz meant to de-stimigative the term "socialist" and instead draw attention to the fact that primarily, political ideology is about principles, and that multiple prioritized policy concerns under the socialist umbrella.
  • Kiadikoi
    • Another online quiz drawing attention to various controversial or notable quotes, asking users to see if they know who said (facts that often get lost during fast and furious electoral media cycles).
  • Charleroi: Ma Ville, Mon Choix
    • This map site was made to illistrate the immense degree of public work projects accomplished by PS and their president Paul Magnette during their 12 years in power in the municipality.

Bend the Arc is a Jewish American advoacy organization that works to support social justice policy (primarily). I worked with Bend the Arc both as a developer in 2021/2022, and on an ongoing basis as Head of Accounts at Tectonica from 2023-2025, meeting weekly to consult and support their digital organizing work through the Nationbuilder platform, Mobilize, and New/Mode. In 2022 as a developer at Tectonica I devleoped the "re-skin" of the Flemish Green Party's (Groen) Nationbuilder website. While a large degree of the underlying infrastructure remained intact on the CRM side, this involved the creation of new content relationships and structures to support the new design and freshly categorized policy platforms, which was a fun challenge!

Voor16 | FNV

As a developer at Tectonica in 2021 I helped maintain the Voor 16 (then Voor 14!) Nationbuilder website and implement new features to support their regularly evolving campaign practices. Voor 16 is a campaign by the Netherlands' largest union FNV that fights for a minimum living wage, as has seen results due in large part to their robust digital organizing practices. As Head of Accounts in 2023-2025 I supervised the coordination and strategy for the campaign, and worked with their digtal organzing team more directly in early-2025 to plan for re-structuring their Nationbuilder CRM and strategize further infrastructure solutions for digital and analog actions.

I built this Nationbuilder website as a developer at Tectonica in 2021 for this incredible organization that works with American farmers to promote more sustainable farming practices for diverse ecology. Their website is a robust resource center that includes frequent calls to action to advocate for independent farmers and progressive policies that support viable agriculture and conservation work. The Nationbuilder CRM was organized to easily manage donors, supporters, and members of their Business League to ensure deep relationships and sustained involvement.

As a developer at Tectonica I built APNI's website with Nationbuilder in 2021. More recently, the organization needed help with CRM orgaziation for their party membership structure, and updates to the post code filter (as NI underwent consituency restructures). Their lovely team and I collaborated for some fixes over a week to adjust and create features to make the platform more useable and accurately reflected NI's new consituent boundaries :)

OnePA

We worked with One Pennsylvania in 2023 on the re-brand of the organization and build of a new website for the main org, as well as their C3 (OnePA4All). I led the coordiation and strategy for the project, with an intensive web-focused discovery for brand and digital solution needs before we dove into full production. One PA does incredible work building strong relationships and powerful coalitions. They work closely with Black and working class communities to advocate for housing, economic, and environmental justice through both direct action and electoral means, and are an incredible role model for how leadership development and multiple tiered-engagement strategies can transform community power into tangible impact, both in process and output.

I've worked with the International Campaign Against Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) in many capacities while at Tectonica over the past 4 years - they're an incredible organization with an amazing team, and a true example of the potency of collective power. I developed their website for Nuclear Ban Week in 2020 (https://vienna.icanw.org/), and lead the technology scoping and development of this site, which demonstrates the impacts of nuclear testing worldwide. At Tectonica we also worked to maintain their main website, and provide guidance on narrative storytelling and digital organizing.
